I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the room was beautiful and the location was fantastic with easy access to the mall, making it convenient for finding food. On the other hand, the service during check-in was disappointing, and there was a significant delay in receiving towels. Overall, it's a decent place but definitely has some room for improvement.
